Founded in 1990, the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting women’s leadership globally. The IWF Leadership Foundation is incorporated under District of Columbia law and is established as a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational arm of the IWF. Leadership Foundation Mission
The Leadership Foundation is the educational and charitable arm of the International Women’s Forum, a global association of more than 4,000 women leaders from over 20 countries. The Foundation channels the talents of IWF members and the resources of the IWF network into programs that benefit women worldwide. The Leadership Foundation conducts groundbreaking leadership initiatives to promote women’s progress and to increase understanding of their important contributions around the globe.

Laurie Leshin, Fellows Class 2009-2010, was recently appointed to the role of Deputy Associate Administrator of the Exploration Systems Mission Directorate at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC.
